Four spacious master bedroom suites are separated from the main house to assure privacy and each has a king-sized bed, queen-sized futon couch (ideal for small children), full bath with steeping tub and partial outdoor shower, kitchenette, plasma TV/DVD, and a lanai with a private hot tub. The sleeping capacity of the entire property is 20 guests. Due to the innovative design of the home, this property is ideal for several couples or families to share.

An office cubbyhole is outfitted with a computer and high-speed internet connection; the formal dining room table seats eight, with seating for 10 more just outside the door; a library/game room has plenty of reading material and board games; the laundry room has a 1/2 bath that is handicapped-accessible.

 

 
Glass walls on the rear of the home open completely to expose the huge lanai that  borders the swimming pool. The lanai is designed for outdoor living and entertaining, complete with a gas barbeque, wet bar, and outdoor, handicapped-access shower. A tennis court is located right next door.
